A quick video on new career mode features

Transfers have been completely revamped in FIFA 18, as this video shows. When you receive a transfer offer it shows a lot more detail than in FIFA 17, giving you options to accept the offer, reject it, delegate it to an assistant, or negotiate the offer. Negotiating a transfer offer has been completely revamped, with a animated cut scenes and far more options. Let’s look at some of them now.

Transfer and contract negotiations are now far more in-depth. There are options for release clauses, appearance fees and signing bonuses, as well as things like squad roles and contract lengths that were in previous versions of FIFA. Combined with the new cut scenes, it will make contract and transfer negotiations far more interesting and realistic. Credit: TheRealDGTV

Youth academy & scouting

Not much seems to have changed when it comes to the youth academy and youth scouting. This could be because there simply won’t be many big changes to scouting in FIFA 18, or it could be because EA will add new features later. These images are all from the beta, after all.
